Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the following promotional text to help spread the word about the Boston Community Change Program.

Promotion from Non-Profit or School - Long

Imagine joining a program that supports the local economy while creating a sustainable source of funds for your nonprofit. Now you can with the Boston Community Change program.  The program's free community card works in conjunction with any form of payment – cash, check, credit or debit card – at the point of sale.  With the simple swipe of a card, citizens receive cash rewards for shopping at local participating merchants.  An equal amount goes to a nonprofit or school of the cardholder’s choice.

  Through the innovative program, nonprofit beneficiaries can access a robust customer relationship management system that enables organizations to attract, cultivate and retain donors more effectively while enjoying a means to build awareness and broaden support bases through the existing network. The program is designed to give local consumers substantial reasons to participate by providing the tools and incentives for consumers to “vote with their dollars” for a new kind of marketplace that supports the local economy, community culture, and the environment.
